A while back our son came in with a 30 pound bag of dog food and told me this is how much weight he had lost. I have not lost that much weight yet, but I'm working on it.
Why not pick up somethng or some things that are equal to the pounds you have lost. It will encourage you, also you can actually see how much you no longer have to carry around on this new lifestyle journey.
