My theme is to keep "baby-stepping" toward our goal. Sometimes though it seems more like the dance the "moon walk." 
For the past year I seem to take one step forward and then several back,
but I have been creeping toward the goal through mini-goals. 
From now on I want to take advise from my Weight Loss Buddy, IBLostToo. She tells us to do the "Snoopy Dance." I think that will burn more calories!!!
