My name is Abbey. I've never done an online support group, but I want to change. I'm a soon-to-be college graduate, I'm getting married in a little under a year. I want to lose 30-40 pounds and I need help doing it. I start out well, drop a few pounds here or there, but following through is really hard for me and I feel that I fall back in the same ways easily. Any help, support, encouragement, exercise ideas, etc... are welcome. I"m new and a little scared and feeling kind of alone.
