Strayed

So I have yet again strayed from doing my exercises... I am hoping ot start again on Monday. That is also when I am going to make sure that I wear my pedometer everyday like I am doing now. I forgot to wear it yesterday. I cannot really help what I am eating right now since I have to wait for my food stamps to come in. But I am planning on buying the biggest loser cook book so I can start making meals out of that every day.

Walking

So I am working on walking more and I was told that if you walk 10,000 steps a day it can help you lose weight instead of trying to kill myself working out so much. so I am going to post all my steps and the distances each night after I start to relax. I plan on wearing the pedometer when I wake up until 9+pm when my daughter goes to bed.
