Woot! to all my football comrades.....Here it is, half-way through the second game, and it has already been one heck of a day!!!
But, to start off with, I wanted to share my success on a "healthier" football party. I made up a veggie tray, made my own Ranch (to reduce the fat), made our own cheesecake (again, MUCH less fat), and grilled up some Flank with a low calorie sauce, and stir fried onions, peppers, and mushrooms for on top! No beer, or any alcohol for that matter! Snoopy Dance that I had a successful party with healthier food.
