The Sun and the Rain had war yesterday. It started off beautiful, then the rain drowned us out....back and forth for several hours. In the end, the Sun won, but the Rain put up a fight. Today is supposed to be sunny, and then another Rain cloud moves in to battle the Sun. The weatherman has predicted that the Rain will win for a few days. So, I will have to stay inside at the YMCA
I got a great workout in yesterday. I did an hour on the Eliptical, and weight training. Felt good as I was doing it, but when I cam home and put my foot up, it really started to scream at me. Ugh! Oh how I cannot wait to get the surgery done! I did the Eliptical so there wouldn't be any high impact like the treadmill. And, I even broke up my hour into 2 half hour increments.
Eating yesterday was awesome. I planned my lunch right, and was able to work in a "less fat candy bar". I haven't had a 3Muskateers in forever it seems. And it tasted so yummy. Chocolate craving fixed, and there are no side effects with Alli over it. BUT, I had to plan for it. And then I came home and made a shrimp dish with cheese and macaroni....again, yummy!
