Feeling overwhelmed

I am still maintaining my current loss of 24 pds give or take but I don't feel in control! I plan to add 3 weekely workouts mon-weds-fri this week with my friend but I do not think I have been focused on healthy balanced and portion conscious meals.. Feeling overwhemlmed but not defeated I know I can do better than this.. I am not mad at myself but I am learning about myself!! I am sure you ladies can understand especially around ** that time of the month** Iam just feeling yucky! I feel like I gained it all back...
