&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It sucks living with my parents but at the moment I have no choice. They have instilled very bad eating habits in me which I have been trying to break for years. In the end, I am responsible for what I put in my mouth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 cups of coffee (splenda)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 egg&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 whole wheat toast with light butter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 crispy slices of bacon&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I look at myself in the mirror I can't believe how big I got...I was always petite. I guess better to have weight than die of lung cancer!&lt;/p&gt;
