Packin' in the fruit

My sweet darling husband continues to feed the Queen Bee so I'm counteracting his love offerings with piles of fruit.  For dinner last night I had 1/2 cup cottage cheese for protein plus a mango, 1/2 cup of cherries, an asian pear, and an apple.  Plus I took the dogs for a longer walk on a very hot night and worked extra hard in the garden (lots of sweating!!). 

I have (!!) started using my weight watchers quik trak sheets again -- I journaled everything I ate yesterday and so far today.  I like the layout of these sheets with little spaces to check off showing I had my servings of fruit/veg, milk, and healthy oils.  Plus I check off the points I gain exercising -- and I have some flex points I can use to keep the feelings of self-loathing at bay!

What I realized is that even with the love offerings, I wasn't as badly off my plan as I would have thought if I hadn't journaled.  THAT really reduced the self-loathing!
