Last night, I started back to Weight Watchers. The leader seems like someone who can get me motivated --- she's very lively and engaging!! I know the plan, so I know I can follow it --- today I'll get the online side all set up (I like how I can look up things to get the points). This morning, I've had cold oats/almonds/milk (6 pts) and honeydew melon (1 pt); great start! PLUS I did actually journal everything I ate for the last three days (yayyyy! first time in a couple of years!)! When I got the new WW tracker book, my first thought was They don't have enough lines for what I ate hahahahaha!
Took the dogs for a fast 1 mile walk this morning; it is overcast and muggy while the hurricane passes by, then tonight and over the weekend it will be cooler and nice!!
