I think the scale I have been using is broken! Which is terrific! I started trying to get healthier on the 18th of Jan. I have worked out faithfully at least 20min, but usually 45 min, every single day since then. I have not been keeping track of my calories because that drives me insane, but I can't think of a single bad food I have eaten since the 18th, and yet had not lost a SINGLE pound! however, I tried using the WII scale today, which is far more accurate, and in truth have lost a little. Not enough for me to tell yet, but at least I don't feel like giving up anymore.
I should mention my fiance is 6-1 and weighs 148lbs. So if he skips a meal you can tell, he also never works out and eats whatever he wants. It is so hard to stay motivated when you are next to that all day. I work and work and nothing happens, he skips any meal and loses 2 pounds!!!
