Happy February. Thanks for the support you have given me. I feel good today about myself and am ready to begin a new chapter in my life. I look forward to sharing it with you. I have been eating veggies today and cut down on my portion size. Portion size will help for sure because I can eat as much as my husband & he does lots more activity than I do. I am also cutting out most of my snacks during the day. Hopefully I will exchange sweets for veggies. Cross your fingers. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow to see whats happening.
