That gives me a total of 22 points which means I have 4 points left.
**This morning was not a good morning. I ate all this before I had decided to try the weight watchers program. I better make sure that I watch for the rest of the day. I think I might need to plan the rest of the day and figure out what the activity points work**
Lunch:

-1 cup of diet soda______________0pts
-3 cups of light popcorn______________1pt
Dinner:
-I cup of chicken soup______________1pt
-5 inch corn on the cob______________1pts
-1 cup of pickles_________________0pts
-Med. cucumber, cut on top of 1cup mix greens salad with 2 Tbsps. of fat free italian _____________0pts
TOTAL POINTS FOR THE DAY: 26 points
** Well, I definatly messed up this morning but this diet proved to me that I can still eat. It seems like the better the food choices the less points you use. I think this diet is going to trick me into eating better. **
