Tip #354

Tip #345: ONE SURE WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO PLACE THE BATHROOM SCALE IF FRONT OF THE REFRIGERATOR.

Now is the time to do something.  I have recently restarted and revamped a team called Birth Control Babes.  Everyone is welcome to join as long and they are dedicated, are willing to try, and are going to stay active on the team.  Below is a little about what we are all about:

 

Why the Name?

We have all been there Gained weight due to birth control Well ladies its time to get our bodies back 

Why is this group for me (especially if I didn't gain weight because of exercise)?

This group is designed to help insure that we are accountable for our eating and exercise habits.

What makes this team different than all the others?

 I was thinking that we could have completions where we could exercise together and call each other when we were having a bad day. Then at the end of the month the winner gets a prize. I am not sure how we are going to do this yet, so suggestions are welcome.
