The team is called Birth Control Babes.  Everyone is welcome to join as long and they are dedicated, are willing to try, and are going to stay active on the team. Below is a little about what we are all about:

 

Why the Name?

 I choose this name when I first started on this website.  I had joined because I was tired of the weight that I had gained due to my birth control (Implanon).  Since then, the team's focus has been changed, but I couldn't change the name without deleting the whole team.

Why is this group for me (especially if I didn't gain weight because of birth control)?

This group is designed to help insure that we are accountable for our eating and exercise habits.

What makes this team different than all the others?

 I was thinking that we could have completions where we could exercise together and call each other when we were having a bad day. Then at the end of the month the winner gets a prize. I am not sure how we are going to do this yet, so suggestions are welcome.
