I have decided to try something new

Everyday I keep track of my food points in a journal.  On each page other than food points I also keep track of whether or not I have exercised, I keep a journal, and I make a daily change.

For the upcoming week, starting on Monday, I am going to change what is written in my daily change section.  Instead of food changes (i.e instead of chocolate, eat fat-free pudding) I am going to make personal changes.  I have already decided what each day is going to be and I plan on working on them throughout the week.

At the end of the week I plan on reviewing my progress.

These are the changes that I have created:

Tues (02/05): Make and keep a schedule of your time this week.  Keep track in the journal section of your book or on a separate sheet of paper.

Wed (02/06): Quit smoking today or at least take steps to start the process.

Thurs (02/07): Find the time to relax today.  Take a bath and read a book or do a crossword.

Fri (02/08): Help someone today, preferably a stranger.

Sat (02/09): Start and finish a project today.

Sun (02/10): Realize that you are powerless to change those around you.  It is their responsibility, not yours.

Mon (02/11): Don't judge yourself without mercy today.  Instead focus on how good you have done this week.
