Uhhh...Where has my energy gone?

Today is my day off work since tutoring is now over for a school I have been working at.  I was so excited yesterday that I would have time to do things today, however, I haven't felt motivated to do anything today. It started when I was looking for a job.  I work in retail right now, but I would like a career rather than just a job.  I have been sending out resumes since I graduated from college in December 2008 with no luck.  I should have never started my day looking for work because it always makes me upset...

Sweet Treats

Today I made tons of sweet treats that I am selling for a bake sale.  I was doing GREAT in the beginning not nibbling, but the chocolate coding got me first...Then came the mistakes that I made in making these cupcake lollipops and I wanted to eat the ones that I messed up.  And, as I am sure you can guess, I did.  Shared with the husband though...so maybe I didn't eat as much as I think I did.  Who knows.  It is a good thing that I didn't really eat too much today.  Hopefully this won't effect my weight loss...

Anyone Up for some Exercise? Is there anyone on this site that lives in NC? I have tried this before but haven't been so successful. I would really like to find someone to help me be accountable for my eating and exercise habits.  I was thinking that we could have completions where we could exercise together and call each other when we were having a bad day.  Then at the end of the month the loser could buy the other dinner, or a cup of coffee, or pay for their movie, etc. If there is someone else, who isn't in NC, but...

Chicken Spinach Parm

Chicken Spinach Parm 4pts Canola Spray 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast  1 tbsp italian seasoned bread crumbs  1 tsp grated parmesan  1/4 cup marinara  1 small clove garlic, crushed  3 handfuls baby spinach leaves  Salt and pepper to taste Directions 1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
