Today I made tons of sweet treats that I am selling for a bake sale. I was doing GREAT in the beginning not nibbling, but the chocolate coding got me first...Then came the mistakes that I made in making these cupcake lollipops and I wanted to eat the ones that I messed up. And, as I am sure you can guess, I did. Shared with the husband though...so maybe I didn't eat as much as I think I did. Who knows. It is a good thing that I didn't really eat too much today. Hopefully this won't effect my weight loss too much.
I calculated all the weight that I lost this month and it was only 4.4lbs. That sucks. I was hoping to see a bigger number, but it seems that as I get closer and closer to my goal weight, it gets harder and harder to get there. I hope it is just because I am replacing fat with muscle. Either way, total weight loss from start is 24.2lbs!!
