Extreme Makeover - Booty Edition is now Accepting Members!! 

This group is designed to help insure that we are accountable for our eating and exercise habits so that everyone is able to experience their own Extreme Makeover!! 

The challenge will start TODAY 3/5/2010!  Be prepared to weigh-in and tell us your height under Week 1 on the message boards when you join the team.  You will have 24 hrs to weigh-in, and only those that are sure to weigh-in every week are allowed to remain on the team.  If you join after tomorrow, you will have an extra day to weigh-in, but make sure that you weigh-in on Friday every week after that!!

At the end of the month the winner gets a prize (Suggestions for prizes are always welcome). The winner will be determined by the amount of change in their BMI since we are all at different weights.

Preparation for Tomorrow...

I have been dieting, or what I like to call making a life-style change, since November 2009.  I feel off the wagon in December, but luckily didn't gain any of the weight that I lost in November back.  To-date I have lost 25 lbs.

Recently, I feel off the wagon again and because of this I have to start all over.  This means that I needed all new things to make me feel like I am starting fresh.  It is silly because I only feel off the wagon for 3 days, but that is just how I am (I did the same thing in January after my December fall-off). 

Tomorrow I will be implementing my new system of tracking my progress, one of which will be this blog.  The other things that I will be doing will be:

1. Keeping track of all my points (I am on weight watchers)

2. Following the Get Toned in 30 Minutes Best Body Workout Plan on Women's Health

3. Having a reason for weight loss or a challenge that is to be completed, every day

               -I will make sure to post what it is and how it went

4. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day

5. Setting goals that are to be completed each week

               3/12 Week 1: Should be at 149.8 lbs

               3/19 Week 2: Should be at 146.8 lbs

               3/26 Week 3: Should be at 143.8 lbs

               3/31 Week 4: Should be at 142.3 lbs  <--The month ends before the end of week 4 so I

                                                                                        am hoping to be at least at this weight... 

6. Setting weights that need to be met by each week

7. Getting my reward if I am able to reach my 10.8 lbs weight loss goal for the month

                -I have decided that if I make my goal I will either get my lip pierced or get a French Manicure

Horrible Week

This week has been horrible.  My team is down, so no one to help me stick to accountability.  First weight-in for the biggest loser is tomorrow, but there would be nothing to compare it to because it is the first week.

I have not exercised, or eaten right in like 4 days!!  I feel a little like a whale and to make matters worse, I have my period.  I hate where I am at right now.  I need some words of encouragement or something...
