I have been dieting, or what I like to call making a life-style change, since November 2009. I feel off the wagon in December, but luckily didn't gain any of the weight that I lost in November back. To-date I have lost 25 lbs.

Recently, I feel off the wagon again and because of this I have to start all over. This means that I needed all new things to make me feel like I am starting fresh. It is silly because I only feel off the wagon for 3 days, but that is just how I am (I did the same thing in January after my December fall-off).
Tomorrow I will be implementing my new system of tracking my progress, one of which will be this blog. The other things that I will be doing will be:
1. Keeping track of all my points (I am on weight watchers)
2. Following the Get Toned in 30 Minutes Best Body Workout Plan on Women's Health
3. Having a reason for weight loss or a challenge that is to be completed, every day
-I will make sure to post what it is and how it went
4. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day
5. Setting goals that are to be completed each week
3/12 Week 1: Should be at 149.8 lbs
3/19 Week 2: Should be at 146.8 lbs
3/26 Week 3: Should be at 143.8 lbs
3/31 Week 4: Should be at 142.3 lbs <--The month ends before the end of week 4 so I
am hoping to be at least at this weight...
6. Setting weights that need to be met by each week
7. Getting my reward if I am able to reach my 10.8 lbs weight loss goal for the month
-I have decided that if I make my goal I will either get my lip pierced or get a French Manicure
