Day Four 3-8-2010

Topic Exercise:

I don't know if it is because I don't know how to stick to a schedule or what, but I can't seem to exercise when I have it written down on my calender.  I always seem to be doubling up on days.  I am on a plan right now that requires me to workout 5 days a week with two off days.  I was supposed to start Friday but I didn't.  The next day I did Friday's exercise along with Saturday's.  Yesterday, didn't get a chance to.  Today I still need to.

The workout says that I can change around the order as long as I don't put the strength exercises back to back.  So...This is what I am thinking: If I do the strength exercises today, cardio tomorrow, and then strength exercises the next day, that would make get all the exercises in with no strength back to back.  However, because I doubled up on Saturday I will have only worked out four out of seven days.  I don't think that will matter though, I hope. 

Next week I need to get on the ball.  No doubling up and no straying from the schedule unless I absolutely have to.
