Uncommon reasons to lose weight

I was sitting here (bored, hehe) and something sparked my mind. Everyone has their own reasons for losing weight. It ranges from happiness/self-confidence to wanting to be able to wear a size 2 or a bikini with pride. However, everyone has random and uncommon reasons they want to lose to. Yesterday I went to eat at Zoe's Kitchen.  They claim that they only have healthy food choices so I figured that it would be okay to eat there.  When I got home and attempted to look up the food that I ate to figure the points, I was unable to find the nutritional value.  Makes me question how healthy the food is.  If anyone can help me find the information that would be great!! Later I ended up going over my points for the day.  I am hoping that if some one can find the nutritional information for the Mediterranean tuna...

Day Thirty-three until Now

So, I feel off the wagon the last few days.  I stopped keeping track of points in my book and I stopped writing my blog.  Luckily I didn't gain any weight.  It seems like I hit that -10lbs mark and was so excited about it that I forgot that I had 40 more pounds to go.  Well, I am back and I am going to need to make up for the 2 lbs that I haven't lost this past week so that I can still meet my goal (of being down another 10 lbs) at the end of December.  So,...

Day Thirty-Three (Thanksgiving)
