okay so i have really been losing this weight loss battle and its really getting me down...i need some help with easy quick exercise advice any dieting advice i have gained 5 extra pounds now so iam at 151 now and its really getting me down!! PLEASE GIVE MY SOME ADVICE!!! i dont feel pretty at all and no where even near sexy i use to be a size 3 and 110 lbs and now iam a size 9-10 i hate the way i look and iam just tired of looking and feeling this way...
ok today we went to the fair at 1 and didnt get home till 9 a very long day...but i did ALOT of walking..and i ate 1 slice of cheese pizza some cheese fries and 1 cheese stick and a bite of my sons corn dog and i had about 4 pops today no water today :( and i really should of i am mad at myself for that...but i feel good about the walking and just getting out of the house period...
ok today not so good...i ate a cheese burger that i made at home and it had fatfree mayo and peppers on it and i had a nacho and than later i had some macncheese and tuna...and about 4 pops today not toooooooo good today at all...but again i did do about 2 hours of walking again tonight so not bad there..
okay today i have had 2 cans of pop and 1 bottle of water, and i ate a cheese burger with fatfree mayo and hot peppers and some chips....and we went to the fair again so i got in another 3 hours of walking in i didnt eat nothing at the fair today
sorry so late......yesturday for exercise i helped my husband mow some lawns and that was about a 2hours and than we went to the fair and walked around there for 3 hours so i did alot of walking yesturday. food at the fair i had 1 corndog and 1 philly cheesesteak.. 2 cans of pop and 2bottles of water so i dont think that i had to bad of a day
