Day 2

Today I accomplished some of my weightloss goals. I drank 4 (8) oz glasses of water. My goal was to exercise 35 minutes but, i only did 20 minutes. I am still proud of myself though because a week ago i was not doing any exercise. I also stayed  close to my carb, fat,calorie intake goals today. Although I may go over a little I still feel good because it is dramatically reduced compared to what it was just a few days ago. Well tomorrow is another day and I hope to do at least 35 minutes of exercise.

Hi Crystal,
That is super about the exercise. Im horrible when it comes to getting my exercise in. I'm hoping when I lose a little more weight that I'll be more inspired to move my bod. What are you doing for exercise? Years ago (like about 15) I used to walk 3 miles every single day, rain or shine. I was totally into walking...just loved it. I'd like to feel that way again...to really enjoy it rather than dreading it. Have a great day!
