I am beginning to notice that ever since, i stopped eating candy, pastries a couple weeks ago, I am not having cravings for sugar, i eat less i.e. am not as hungry and as a result i have lost 10 lbs. I drink a lot more water and I am eating more veggies, beans, grains (i am vegetarian). Previously, I ate more faux meat (soy), white potatoes, french fries/pasta, I was a unhealthy vegetarian--there are plenty out there. I feel better and only need to lost 20lb more pounds.
