I never realized how long I go without eating a real meal. I didn't notice before today that I was only eating one meal a day and somedays I don't eat a meal at all I just snack all day. A protien shake here, a nutrition bar there, some chips here, a peice of cheese there, and then I drink ALOT of water. Which brings up the question... If I'm not eating meals everyday how the heck am I still 227 LB?
I guess my body thinks it's going through the holocaust and is storing every calorie I eat as fat so I don't starve to death. Who knew the hardest part of losing weight for me was going to be remembering to eat a meal before, during, and after work.
I need to go shopping... I need to get something fast for the morning, something fast for lunch, and something easy to make for dinner... hmmmm?
Any suggestions?
