&lt;p&gt;I'm going to go run for a while now.  I think you can "earn" points by working out or whatever, but I don't know about all that, so I just won't worry about it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, I had a major binging episode when I got home from yoga.  At least I finished off the peanut butter though, so that won't be around to tempt me any more. I think I'm going to have to go with just not keeping food around my house to keep me from eating a bunch of bad stuff. I won't go by a fast food restaurant, so I don't have to worry about that. . . It's just stuff IN the house that I have to worry about.&lt;br /&gt;
