Hey, hi, hello :D
Today is the start (well it's actually early morning, which I know isn't a healthy decision, but I'm so excited about finding this site that I can't sleep) of my new lifestyle. That's really what this is all about, right? Of course, there's a goal weight but the goal after that goal is reached is to stay healthy and feeling good, right? So here's the story. It's summer and in a few months I'll be starting my senior year in high school and I want to go out with a bang! Trouble is it's really hard to get where I want to be if I go through this alone. The family is no help on account of they absolutely love chips and cake and soda and other various items that may taste wonderful but completely ruin the body and they would prefer not to give all of that up. I guess keeping all of that stuff in the house could be better for me in the end when I go out and am faced with that sort of stuff in the "real world". Only the whole thing is already a big challenge and I always give in to temptations.. I guess that's just something I'll have to learn along the way.
