Today I spent 1171 calories, almost 300 under. I wasn't really trying to go under my goal calories, it just happened that way, and I've been comfortable with it today. My calories consisted of:
1 slice Caesars Sausage Pizza (a whopping 270 cals!) 4 oz chicken, 1 hamburger bun, 4 sweet pickles, 3 small chicken tenders, 4tbs light ranch, salad, and chips ahoys and milk.
Over 100oz water.
I'm thinking of weighing again Friday.
Once again, thanks for everyone here. My seven year old has been counting calories now and I think my husband is sick of hearing me count calories, so it's nice...
