YAY I lost already!

I am so jazzed. I went back to the doctors today and found that I have lost three pounds in the last four days. I think it is absolutely wonderful!
I've gained and lost weight so often in my life, that I understand fully that this will not like be the usual scenario for me. It is a great way to start though. There is nothing worse or more discouraging than dieting and struggling to stick to a plan, only to have no loss or..grrrr gain!
Right now I feel MOTIVATED!

Thanks to everyone here that I have already met with and chatted with, who has already proven to bea  great support system for me Thanks to WLB too. I really believe that as long as I am committed to posting on here and to reading everyone elses posts, that I have a fighting chance to lose this (again...!!).
Another good day with keeping within my calories. I spent 1260 of my 1500 today and ate like a pig. I wish I could afford to eat shrimp everyday ( 4oz is only 80 cals). Shrimp, low cal dressing,  chips ahoy cookies, 6 oz milk, and 1/2 c.fettucine was what was consumed.
Don't get discouraged out there, if I can do this, anyone can!

I'm still learning this site and not always sure about responding to comments on my wall. I don't know if they will be able to see the comment on their wall, if I wrote it in response to a comment they made on my wall.So for some of you that have commented, I probably have tried to respondI just don't know what I am doing!
Yesterday wasn't as bad as I originally thought it was. I didn't go 200 cals over ony 65!  ( I wouldn't have been over at all if I hadn't eaten the two oreas and stick of licorice). I drank 80 oz of water.
I know there is a water formula for when you are trying to lose weight. I thought you took the number of pounds you are overweight divided in half and then add that to the original 64 oz you are supposed to drink. That would put me at about 114 oz a day in water. Does anyone else know this formula?
Today is going well so far. 1 chicken breast, l/f salad dressing, and a glass of milk. Still leaves me 900+ calories to spend for the day (It is 1:00 pm in california).
I can't wait for the two weeks to be up with my knee injury. I am ready to get in the pool and go back to the gym . Have been considering going in tomorrow and using upper body nautalis at low levels to get some kind of  cardio in...
