Day 12

Yesterday, I was "enjoying" my lowfat/lowcal/turkey sub. loaded with veggies and on healthy oat bread.
 Amazing how expensive that bread turned out to be for me. I somehow crunched oat just wrong and cracked my filling and my entire tooth down the middle. No dental insurance, to fix it 1,800-2,000!!! (I am on kind of a pity pot at this point) They offered to pull it but since the stinking thing is in my smile line, and I am horribly vain about my teeth and facial appearance, I chose to leave it until I can figure out an option to not feel insecure about smiling. My diet is now changed drastically as I refuse to eat anything solid in fear that the tooth will come out completely. I invested into some protein mix, and am using chicken and tuna salad for proteins. I guess I'll be boiling veggies for now. I simply can't chew without fear.  It is really hard to be interested in eating at all at this point.

On a positive note, I did make it to the gym again today for a total of 45 minutes of cardio/weights. I'm so glad to be back to working out again. For me it is such a stress reliever and gives me a break from  worrying about things. I can just listen to my ipod, concentrate on breathing, and count my reps. I almost believe it is better for me mentally than physically!
Food:
380 protein shake    400 Blenders in the Grass Mocha       200 chicken salad & few small pieces of avacado  980 total
