Day 13

Hi WLB's,
     I have struggled and forced myself to write my blog tonight. i let my husband talk me out of the gym !  (of course it is all HIS fault..haha ...). My body feels like it was worked pretty hard the last couple of days and my muscles are sore and tight (as hubby pointed out ). Tomorrow is another day.   I really don't feel horribly guilty about not going. I do need to get a swimsuit ordered and get my a** back in the pool! I made sure I did a lot of stretching today.
     My calorie intake sucked and believe me--I know better than anyone else that  I need to eat a little more. I've struggled  having any appetite because of the broken tooth. It is more challenging to find mushy foods that don't gross me out.  The protein mix I  bought yesterday isn't even gackable.
Todays menu consisted of: 1 can tuna w/may: 100   1 can cream chicken soup 240 1 serving clam chowder 280 crackers: 100 total 720
I drank over 100 oz water.
I will try to eat something else before bed.
