Day 15

Hi WLB's,
Decent day today. Got my hour in at the gym on the weights. Spent over an hour walking in Walmart (icing now, ugh)
Spent 1103 cals today, the menu consisted of:
chicken noodle soup, 1 chicken thigh,             6oz lean tri-tip, 1/4 g c potato salad, 1/4c macaroni salad. (I know I'm short of veggies).
drank 100 oz plus of water
We can get there together everyone, keep working at it.
