Day 16, 17, 18

Just got back from a little mini vacation with my hubby. Spent 2 nights at our beautiful Pismo Beach. It rained just a little. It was a nice little break to catch our breath!

Day 16
Spent 1400 calories
Menu consisted of: yogurt, clam chowder, shrimp, summer sausage, cheese, crackers, 3 red vines, 2 small pieces of chocolate
Went on short walk down pier, it was very strenuous-not because of the exercise, but the pain.

Day 17
Spent 1480 calories
Menu consisted of: yogurt, summer sausage, s/f pudding, bagel w/cream cheese, clam chowder, a few fries, 3 red vines, 4 oz fried clams.--Fried clams are reallllllllly high in cals!
We went on over an hour long bike ride down the pier and around town.

Today-Day 18
Spent 1250 cals
Menu consisted of: Bagel w/cream cheese, yogurt, s/f pudding, summer sausage, tons of veggies, 4-6 oz chicken breast, cranberries.
