Hi all WLB's,
Had a good day today, except for the stupid scale issue. 
Did 45 min weights/cardio at the gym. Drank over 100 oz of water.
Consumed 730 cals
Menu consisted of: 2 yogurts, 2oz summer sausage, 1 hamburger patty, 1 hamburger bun, 4 sweet pickles, tomato's, onions, 2 s/f puddings.
I know my calorie intake is pretty low, but I have tried to eat more often today, so I wasn't very hungry.
