Hi everyone,
Another completely chaotic day today . Spent the entire day in the doctors office with various kids having various problems. It was especially bad for eating as all I could grab was a yogurt this morning before the gym. I didn't eat again until about 4-5pm.
It was a great day in the respect that the three pounds I gained on Wednesday, was magically gone-along with an extra pound
I think I have learned not to weigh in during that "magical" time of the month!
Today I started out early. After dropping kids off at school and hubby off to work, I went to the Y. Spent an hour there in vigorous weight training, then an additional 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. i am sore, still...I think I am still not ready for biking with the knee. Will not try again for a while.
