Hi everyone,
I feel really redundant sometimes coming here every single night and blogging about what I stick in my mouth and what I do to sweat! I even started to feel a little silly about it tonight and was thinking, "what makes you think anyone really wants to read a blog every night about what you eat or do for exercise for the day?"...
This whole blogging thing has really helped me to stick to things better.So to all of you out there, whether you read my blogs or not--Thank You. Without this opportunity I probably wouldn't be keeping any kind of a food diary and I would have been doing more damage to myself in not doing so!
So here goes another boring account of my day!
I consumed 905 calories today:
2 c. milk 200, 2 yogurts 160, homemade chicken vegetable soup 80, 1 bread 100, 2 sl. deli turkey 20, cream of chicken soup 150, crackers 60, s/f pudding 60,
chips 75
Drank over 100 oz water
Spent 60 min at the Y/ weights/cardio
We can do this together--
