Hi WLB's
Weigh in was kind of a disappointment today. I weigh the same as last week at 249. I guess a ten pound loss in a month isn't bad, but I was really hoping to do just a tiny bit better. I was hoping to be down to 246 today. But alas, Friday comes soon enough, and I am sure that the scale will show some movement the right direction by then!
I had an incredibly active day today. I started out dropping everyone off where they needed to be. Came home for a half hour and weeded and planted in the garden. Then an hour at the Y; weight training/cardio. Then about three more hours weeding in the garden. It was an active day.
Breakfast: yogurt 80 cals Lunch: chicken breast 211 goldfish 140 Snack: yogurt 80
Dinner: 1 corn tortilla 50 1/2c veg refried beans 140, 2 oz ground turkey 75, 1/4 oz cheese 25, 1tbs sour cream/ salsa/dressing: 90 and plenty of salad Snack: 1 banana 80, 1/2 s/f icecream, 120, a few chocolate covered raisins 50
Total for day 1130 cals
