My day looked like this:
Breakfast: yogurt 80
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich 130
Dinner: carne asada 6 oz 320
2 serv. scalloped potatoes 260
dressing 30
peas 60
Snack: Lots of salad banana 80 cool whip 20 s/f syrup 15
Total for the day: 935
No exercise today.
