Hope you all had a wonderful day , and hope for one for you tomorrow as well.
After doing the typical drop off's with the kids and husband this morning, I spent my hour grinding the weights at the gym. When I came home I put in another four hours in the garden.
I'll be done with that for a few weeks, and I am glad because it has been physically trying to do that much work right now. Maybe I will be in better shape when it is again time for me to work out there .
I drank over 96 oz of water today.
Breakfast: yogurt 80
Lunch: Soup 200
Snack : banana 95 chips 165
Dinner: Turkey Sausage 270 potato 90 corn 90 croutons 30 dressing 30 salad
Snack: banana 95
Total: 1150
