Thanks for the concern.

I've gotten a lot of responses concerning this 1,000 calorie plan that I have a started. I would like to first say especially to my buddies who have been with me a while:  thanks to everyone who is genuinely concerned for me and my health, the second part of this blog is not intended for you....

I would also like to emphasize that this plan isn't  MY  plan. This plan is one that my MD and nutritionist are working on together. So some of the more highly opinionated and uneducated  "constructive criticism" isn't necessary. I think if my medical professionals are going to be challenged it should be at least by another educated professional.

I just need all the support I can get here and greatly appreciate every single bit of it that I do get here at WLB.

Thanks

Day 39 (2)

Yesterday I quickly learned that drinking protein shakes regularly probably won't work for me. They are gross. I can't seem to scrape it out of my mouth all day after I drink one..so, I altered the plan just a little. I prefer to have a yogurt in the morning before i work out, and particularly on those days that I am working out, i am going to eat a boxed meal for lunch as well as one for dinner. It was a lot more comfortable to me today doing it that way. It worked out well until Little Caesars got brought home for the kids dinner !

Breakfast: yogurt 80
Lunch: boxed chicken nugget 320, 1tbs.dressing, 15
Snack: yogurt 80
Dinner: boxed turkey 280
Snack: 1 pc. ceasars pepperoni 210, diet rootbeer 0

Total: 985

Drank 80 oz water

Circuit Training 65 min

Hang in there we can do this together.

Day 38 (day 1 of new plan)

I started the new 1,000 calorie plan today. I really  believe that i've been measuring my food right all along, as I don't feel like I've eaten any more or any less than any other night to speak of.  I am going to have to work a little bit around the stipulations as just having shakes every morning and afternoon for thirty days isn't going to go to well-especially if I keep up circuits at the gym. I think I may have to throw in a lower calorie lean cuisine in for lunch once in a while, or an xtra at dinner and make my breakfast a yogurt instead...anyway..today looked something like this:

Breakfast: plain protein shake 220
Lunch: protein shake + 1 tsp peanut butter 253
Dinner: boxed chicken 350
Snacks: yogurt 80, s/f pudding 60
Total 993

Circuit training 65 min

I fell short on my water as I wasn't eating meals. One way I had learned to get my water down is to drink it with my meals. Today only 80 oz or so

Thank you all for your support. We can do this together!
