Down five more pounds to 244! Fifteen pounds in 6 weeks. YIIPPPEEE!
No boxed meals today and no exercise either. I didn't even get my water down like usual. I did stay within calories I guess.
Breakfast: yogurt: 80, fat free milk 90
Lunch: 6 in turkey subway 280
Dinner: 9 in turkey subway 420
Dessert: Mcdonalds cone 150
Total: 1020
Back to the gym tomorrow am.
