Ohhhhh
now I get it...took me a while. Today I learned that I am a snacker by putting all that I ate down in the food info. Its embarrassing! But I'm getting it. I think I will make better choices tomorrow..so my exercise will count! I hate writing this down, but I see how important it really is. It tells me the truth. And the truth will reduce my weight! :)
