So, here I am--continuing on my weight-loss journey.
I'm not feeling very good today--kind of headachey--so I'm taking it a little easy today. I did get the leaves in the front raked up so at least I got some exercise today.
Later I think I'll go for a walk and breathe in some fresh air. That should help.
