Yesterday was a good day. Went to Mary's OB appt and got to hear the baby's heartbeat. Wonderful!
Don't know if I got all my water in because I forgot to take my water bottle with me but today is a new day and a fresh start.
Weighed in today and I lost the pound I put on over Thanksgiving. I'm glad, as my main goal for the holiday season is to not GAIN!
