Up half a pound from last week. Still less than my starting weight for the holiday season so I'm not too upset. My main goal for the season is to not gain any so if I end the season at or below 219 I'll be okay with it.

Babysitting two big ole teddy bears--I mean dogs--for a week. Later I'm gonna try taking them for a walk and see how it goes.

Feeling a lot better today. Got 60 mins of exercise in so far. Had almost half of my water, too! Now to just drink the rest!

Yesterday I joined the Pound for Pound Challenge--I pledged 30 pounds. I hope this will be a good way to help me stay motivated!
