Ladies-Please Read-VERY IMPORTANT!!

I'm getting concerned about the number of women here who are trying to lose weight by reducing their calories to starvation levels. Our bodies need enough fuel to run properly!

Did you know that if you don't eat enough your body will hang on to every ounce it can? It does this because it thinks you are starving!

I've checked out a lot of sites to see how many calories I should be eating--most of them give me 1400-1800 a day depending on how much exercise I do (sorry WLB but your amount is too low by about 200 calories--I don't lose weight on it!).

Please don't starve yourselves--you are just setting yourself up for a disappointment and, quite possibly, health problems!
