Wow, its been a while since I wrote a new post!
I've been doing pretty well--had a couple of slipups with my eating but, overall--not bad. Been working out every day and walking more.
This week I didn't lose any weight but I did notice that my new jeans are comfortable when I put them on (right out of the dryer!
) instead of only getting comfortable after wearing them a few times!
I bought a game called Dance U at Big 5 yesterday. It plugs into the tv and has 3 types of games and 12 levels each. Its a bit like DDR but it uses sensors that go on your feet instead of a mat. Its really fun and seems to be giving me quite a workout. I'm not very good at it yet, but THAT WILL CHANGE!
I've been trying some new recipes and so far they are working out well--only one needs to be tweaked to lower the fat and make it healthier.
