Well, I had a good, but busy, week.
There's been LOTS to do at work since all the plants are coming in for spring planting. And there's still LOADS more to come! I guess its a good thing that I like being busy!
I dropped 2.5 pounds this week!
And that's with increasing my daily calories to about 2100 a day (remember, I have an extremely physically demanding job right now)!
Besides my work, I've been working out every morning for 30 or so minutes. It gets me energized for my day and helps work out those 'old-age kinks' that try to move in! I don't plan on being old for a LONG time!
I should be getting my new pedometer in the mail today. Can't wait to start tracking my steps and increasing them every day!
