Doing Well

I've been doing pretty good this week--making good choices, drinking lots of water and working out every day. I did lose a pound or so and plan on losing another next week! Not a lot but better than I've been doing lately! 2. Exercise at least 60 minutes a day. It can be broken up but it needs to be 60...
